RESOURCES:
Tallwomen.org - The ultimate resource website for Tall Women
This is my favourite website which inspires, celebrates and gives tall women the confidence to be proud of their height: www.tallwomen.org
A website that focusses on the needs and requirements of women who are 5'10" and over.
Did you know that Brigitte Nielsen is 6'1"? Did you know that Geena Davis, Brooke Shields, Uma Thurman and American Idol Jordin Sparks are 6'0" each?
But they're celebrities you're saying? Well, you don't have to be famous to be beautiful and life doesn't end at 5'7". You are unique... But you are not alone.
Tall women are gorgeous, ooze class and are great role-models for tall girls who may lack that little bit of confidence. A lot of women go to great lengths in order to stand out. You don't have to, because you are already outstanding.

Getting great satisfaction from seeing clients achieve there goals and improve their self confidence is what continues to drive Natasha and gives her a real sense of pride for them and herself. "From a young age I had always struggled with my weight and self esteem. I have learnt that there is a lot more to fitness training where women are concerned than just exercise... Combine this with understanding, friendliness and a good sense of humour you can't lose!
The only way to stay on top of your game is to keep moving out of your comfort zone. I have continued to retrain in new areas of fitness and regularly attend workshops & seminars so I can offer the best service to my clients...My business name is REAL Fitness - Realistic, Everyday, Achievable, Lifestyles...the first step is about getting real honest with yourself, then get in touch at ghettofab1971@hotmail.com
