I had a consultation with Vivienne which was very relaxed; like chatting to an old friend... She made me feel comfortable while at the same time she got loads of information about my likes, dislikes, where I shopped, how I felt about my image etc... She brought up some really interesting points that I hadn't even thought of, for example, what kind of image I wanted to project to other people, different cuts to flatter my bodyshape and even done my colour schemes, which I found very useful.
